How to use: 1. Twist off the head cover in the anti-clockwise direction, and add approx. 200ml water to the max. water level of the water pot; 2. Tighten the head cover in the clockwise direction and wait carefully for 3~5 minutes or so till the cotton sliver is absolutely soaked; 3.
