Carefully hand painted colors with smooth gradations. No runny or heavily dyed patches and free of smudges or odors. The fabric goes through a special post-treatment that fastens the colors, makes the silk smooth and soft, and gives it a silky luster. The rod is absolutely free from splinters. Totally Handmade. Interchangeable Parts. All edges stitched to avoid fraying. If you find the fabric too heavy and does not float, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ERASE THE SILK FOLD LINES with a steaming iron (or simply hang it in your bathroom during a hot shower).
