ETHIOPIA LONGBERRY COFFEE BEANS: The largest and preferred size of the Harar Coffee Bean is the Longberry. With a growing elevation all above 5,000 ft, Ethiopian coffee is Strictly High Grown (SHG), which grows slower and delivers more nutrients to a denser bean - part of the reason Ethiopian coffees are so renown. This medium roast whole bean is an unblended, garden coffee bean, perfect for a classic cup of coffee and best enjoyed as a Post-Dinner Coffee. DRY PROCESSING ENCOURAGES FRUIT FLAVORED COFFEE: Contrary to Ethiopian Yirgacheffes coffee, which is mainly wet processed, because Harar is dry during harvest season, Harar Coffee is a dry processed coffee.
