The JL-B40 is an upgrade from A118C-B40C, use better larger aperture lens, support circular polarize lens filter, and come with new better shield charger. The JL-B40 comes with all the necessary dash cam functions such as loop recording, auto on/off and date/time stamp. A G-sensor is also present to keep your video files from being overwritten should an impact occur.

Stealth design and Quick Slide mount
With a well-engineered body that conceals itself seamlessly in the car's interior like a native accessory, the JL-B40 looks like it was a part of your car all along! It doesn't need a separate mount like most other cams, making the JL-B40 a lot less noticeable than its competition.

Upgraded F2.0 Aperture lens
It possesses the f/2.0 large aperture, capturing the better night shots than f/2.8, and records clearly sophisticated details such as the license plate and others.

Capacitor Power Design
A capacitor completely eliminates the possibility of a battery dying out which causes your dash cam to lose the ability to shut down gracefully when you turn your car off. Even if the temperature inside car in summer time goes high, JL-B40 never stops recording.

Support GPS Logger (GPS is Optional, buyer need to buy its extra GPS module separately here)
With the separate GPS module, JL-B40 can log the Current Speed & GPS Location, also automatically correct the time by synchronizing with the satellite.
